On The Line

Train for the Conversations that Matter Most

Most people are underprepared for crisis conversations.

On the Line is a hands-on crisis and suicide intervention training tool designed to help people practice real conversations, before they have them.

Built for frontline and social service workers, On the Line creates a structured, realistic, and emotionally safe way to practice responding when someone is in crisis.

Because when the moment comes, words matter.

While designed for frontline settings, this tool can also be used by anyone: friends, parents, and community members who want to show up better for the people they care about.

The deck provides practical language, guidance, and support tools to help navigate some of the hardest conversations a person can have.

Talking about suicide should be normalized, and practiced.

On the Line is designed to complement established training programs such as ASIST, reinforcing skills through hands-on application.

🚧 On the Line is currently in the prototype and field-testing stage.

We’re actively gathering feedback to refine the tool for real-world use.
